DRELL-YAN MECHANISM AND HIGHER-TWIST CONTRIBUTIONS TO THE LEPTON PAIR PRODUCTION CROSS-SECTION

摘要
Higher-twist contributions to the lepton pair production cross section in a hadron-meson collision are found. In the calculations model pion wave functions are used. It is shown that the higher-twist contributions are sensitive to the choice of wave functions and are significant in a large x(T)BAR region.
