摘要：

A polarographic method of assaying glyceryl trinitrate in sublingual tablets is presented. The method is direct, rapid, and free from interference by nitrate and nitrite ions. Its sensitivity is sufficient to permit the analysis of single tablets with a precision of ±1%. Polarographic analysis of pharmaceutical preparations gives results comparable to but more precise than those obtained by the current BP and USP methods.
