Authors' Synopsis: Myocardial blood flows in the distribution of the right and left coronary arteries have been measured by the 133xenon method by selectively and sequentially injecting the arteries. In human and dog studies, a highly statistically significant difference between right and left flow was found. (In humans, right 48 ml./100 g/min, left 76 ml./100 g/min.).
