摘要：

The authors present an unusual case of per-rectal bleeding where abdominal flow study and subsequent Tc-99m HIgG imaging localized an abnormal bowel loop. Such instances validate the use of inflammation seeking scintiagents despite their nonspecificity, particularly in preoperative cases and for follow-up assessment.
