摘要
The rate of decrease of mean magnetic moment with aluminum concentration has been measured for several series of bcc Fe-Ni-Al Alloys and is found to increase rapidly with increasing nickel-to-iron ratio. This result cannot be explained by the simple model proposed previously for fcc Fe-Ni-Al alloys. A more elaborate phenomenological model has been developed in which the possible interactions between the various kinds of magnetic moments are considered. The magnitudes of the interactions are introduced parametrically. The model, which uses information obtained from binary alloys, successfully predicts the magnetic moment behavior in the ternary bcc Fe-Ni-Al alloys. © 1969 The American Physical Society.
