摘要
The attack of electrophilic reagents on the azomethine-carbon of hydrazones has been explained by their aza-analogous enamine-structure. According to this interpretation the electrophilic substitution of enamines with isocyanates has been employed successfully on benzaldehyde-N,N-tetramethylenehydrazones II. These hydrazones react with sulfonylisocyanates IV, to give phenylglyoxylic-acid-arylsulfonylamide-N,N-tetramethylenehydrazones V. The structure of compounds V has been determined by physical and chemical methods. © 1969.
