摘要
Glucoamylase synthesis is strongly affected by yeast extract concentration (C(E)). An eight fold increase in C(E) caused a two fold increase in the maximum glucoamylase activity value (A(m)) for the cultivations conducted with an initial glucose concentration (G(o)) of about 20 g/l, and a four fold increase in A(m) in the runs with a G(o) value of about 40 g/l. Five mathematical correlations are presented, showing a very good adjustment to the experimental results.
