摘要：

In this correspondence, a necessary condition for the stability of oscillations in nonlinear networks is proved. It is shown that this condition is necessary and sufficient for second-order systems; it is also equivalent to the well-known Loeb criterion for second-order systems. © 1968, IEEE.
