摘要
The title oxidation has been performed in dichloromethane in the presence of ''wet''-montmorillonite and -kaolin. The substrates studied include dialkyl, alkyl aryl, diaryl, and cyclic sulfides, which give the corresponding sulfoxides in good yields under neutral and mild conditions.
