ZN AND GA PLAY THE ROLE OF EFFECTIVE MAGNETIC SCATTERERS IN HIGH-TC SUPERCONDUCTORS

摘要
The drastic decrease and ultimate vanishing of Tc in Zn- and Ga-doped YBa2Cu3O7 and La1.85Sr0.15CuO4 is studied theoretically with a model in which Zn and Ga ions play the role of effective magnetic scatterers. The experimental curve for Tc(x) in doped YBa2Cu3O7 can be fitted by the model with both intra-and inter-layer pairing, while Tc(x) in doped La1.85Sr0.15CuO4 is better described by intra-layer pairing only. © 1990.
