摘要
We have designed, built and tested an improved dynode resistor chain for photomultiplier tubes (PMTs) resulting in high gain and fast rise time without the ringing usually associated with pulses with short decay times. Although the design is optimized for the BURLE 8575 PMT, and its equivalent from other makes, the principle can be easily extended to many different types of photomultiplier tubes.
