摘要：

A simple equilibrium dialysis technique is described by which 30 binding studies are conducted simultaneously. Through the use of thin layers of solution with good agitation equilibrium is obtained in 6 hr at 4° or 4 hr at 18°. Methods for washing the membranes, drying the membranes with spacers enclosed, and conducting binding studies are reported. © 1968.
