摘要
1/f fluctuations have been observed in the imaginary part of the complex dielectric constant of ferroelectric triglycine sulfate crystals near the Curie temperature T//c. An equation is given for the observed 1/f power spectral density of the imaginary dielectric constant normalized to the square of the real part of the dielectric constant. New insight is given into the mechanism of 1/f fluctuations of the electric resistance which have been widely observed in metals, semimetals, semiconductors and electrolytes.
