摘要
As a novel analytical system, inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry combined with high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC/ICP-AES) has been developed, where simultaneous detection of 40 channels in time sequence is possible. In the determination of lanthanoid elements, cation exchange resin was used for separation and alpha -hydroxyisobutyric acid or ammonium lactate was employed as the mobile phase of HPLC. The present system was applied to the determination of lanthanoids in standard rock samples.
