ANHARMONIC VIBRATIONS OF HYDROGEN PAIRED WITH SHALLOW IMPURITIES IN SEMICONDUCTORS

摘要
Recent measurements have shown that the ratio of the vibrational frequencies of the hydrogen stretch mode of hydrogen-tin and deuterium-tin pairs in GaAs has a low value of 1.3721, essentially the same as that of hydrogen-silicon and deuterium-silicon pairs. The low value of the ratio is interpreted in terms of the anharmonicity of the vibrational mode.
