摘要
The structure of the cis-[Pt(NH3)2(3′-CMP)2]2- ion, isolated in a partially protonated form as its cesium salt, has been analyzed by single-crystal x-ray diffraction methods. The 3′-CMP ligands bind in a monodentate fashion through their N(3) atoms: in contrast to the structure of [Pt(en)(5′-CMP)]2, no covalent platinum-phosphate bonding is found. This compound represents the first example of a 1:2 cis-metal/cytosine complex structurally characterized. © 1979.
