摘要
More than 100 samples in the system Y-Ba-Cu-O were investigated by X-ray diffraction, microprobe analysis and Microstructural examination in a light microscope and a scanning electron microscope. The samples were prepared under a pressure of p(O2) = 90 bar at temperatures between 900 and 1300-degrees-C. The stable phases under these conditions are discussed in detail. In particular we observed the two new compounds Ba2Cu3O(x) and Y2Ba9Cu6O(z).
