摘要
A computer-controlled measurement system for weak Raman signals is constructed using a highly-sensitive photon counting method. The measurement is carried out using BASIC language, a stepping motor, photomultiplier and a pulse counter. A few counts/s of Raman signals can be accurately measured with the use of a photodiode for detection of the incident-laser-beam intensity.
