摘要
Dielectric screening theory is used to discuss the ion core form factor of a proton. The Coulomb potential is too strong near r=0 to be treated by dielectric techniques, but a pseudopotential can be constructed which is finite at r=0. This form factor can be used to construct electromechanical molecular models.
