摘要
The magnetoreflectance of a 2 × 4‐fold degenerate S3/2excition is discussed within the semiclassical approach taking account of spatial dispersion and exchange interaction. The reflectance minimum shows a rigid shift behaviour in the Faraday configuration. The energy shift of the reflectance does not depend on the magnitude of the exchange interaction, which is in contrast to the Zeeman splitting of the pure S3/2‐exciton. It is demonstrated that the adequate analysis of magnetoreflectance allows the determination of Δexch + ΔLT and the g‐value g = −5x̃ — gc/2. Copyright © 1979 WILEY‐VCH Verlag GmbH & Co. KGaA
