摘要
Thermal desorption spectrometry of CO was applied to surface analysis of RuO2-IrO2 and RuO2-TiO2 coated titanium electrodes. Content of RuO2 at the surface of the former electrodes was the same as in the bulk, whereas the surface of the latter ones was enriched in TiO2 to a significant extent. Furthermore, some alloying effects between RuO2 and TiO2 or IrO2 were observed. These results were supported by means of cyclic voltammetry.
