摘要
Immortal hepatocytes were established from a CYP3A7-transgenic/p53-knockout mouse. The cells could be maintained with shorter doubling time after culture for 1 month. Detectable amounts of CYP3A7 mRNA and the activity of 7-propoxycoumarin O-depropylase, one of the representative CYP3A activities, were present in the immortal hepatocytes. Albumin mRNA, which is specifically expressed in the liver, remained in these cells. (C) 1995 academic Press, Inc.
