摘要
Amino acids enzymatically liberated from N-acylamino acids can be assayed with adequate precision by an automatic potentiometric titration from pH 7.5 to a fixed end point. For the majority of amino acids pH 11.0 proved to be the most suitable end point, whereas the respective value for leucine was pH 11.50, for cysteine pH 11.75 and for proline 11.80. Two representative examples are given for the applicability of the method. © 1969 Springer-Verlag.
