摘要
Strong transitions within an anomalous rotational band are observed in the 160Dy(α,3n) 161Er reaction. The 9 2+ state at 189 keV is proposed to be the lowest of the band, which is strongly mixed with the 1 2+[660] Nilsson orbital as the main component. © 1969.
