摘要
A method is presented for solving the two phase boundary-layer equations for the condensation of a flowing vapour on a horizontal cylinder. The three governing partial differential equations are transformed into ordinary differential equations, the number of which depends on the accuracy required in the solution. The numerical solutions give the distribution of the local values of the Nusselt number on the periphery of the cylinder as a function of the different governing parameters. © 1979.
