摘要
Hemolytic or antifungal activities of seven synthetic diosgenyl and three cholesteryl monoglycosides were compared with each other. The hemolytic activities of these glycosides were as weak as those of their aglycones, but the antifungal activities of diosgenyl glucoside and galactoside were much higher than those of the other glycosides. The E and F rings of diosgenin are important for activity.
