摘要
The magneto-optical media was composed of the exchange-coupled sandwiched films (NdDyTbFeCo/NdTbFeCo/NdDyTbFeCo). Nd 23 at% was added to the center film in order to increase the Kerr rotation angle at short wavelengths. This media provided a large C/N at 532 nm wavelength reading.
