摘要
A study has been undertaken of the effects of sample thickness of thin polymer films on the magnitude of optoacoustic signals observed from these materials on irradiation with modulated ultraviolet radiation. In the ultraviolet region, the samples may be considered optically opaque. The results obtained are in good agreement with published theoretical predictions. © 1979, American Chemical Society.
