摘要
Dansyl chloride is coupled to an alkylamlnesilane bound to a metal oxide electrode surface and the sulfonamide hydrolytically cleaved from the surface. Fluorometrlc analysis of the hydrolysate sulfonamide concentration assays its surface concentration at 0.5-2X10-10 mol/cm2. XPES determination of sulfonamide reaction coupling efficiency yields an average alkylaminesilane coverage of 2.6X10-10 mol/cm2. A small amount of coadsorbed dansyl chloride was detected and quantitatively distinguished from sulfonamide hydrolysate using the fluorescence spectrum. © 1979, American Chemical Society.
