摘要
A joint transform correlator which operates in real time with a liquid crystal television has been made for pattern recognition purposes. Discrimination is improved by means of saturation effects. A digital simulation of this process has been carried out with the same limitations of resolution and dimensions of experimental architecture. A comparison between the experiment and simulation shows good agreement.
