摘要
A simple and inexpensive method is described for determining the flatness of metal mesh elements of a far infrared Fabry-Perot interferometer. The method involves a division of the wavefront by the mesh, in a manner analagous to that encountered in a lamellar interferometer. The method has been applied to two meshes of different flatness, and the results are shown and discussed.
