摘要
A Bragg-type frequency selection for producing narrowband stimulated emission with well-defined frequency is demonstrated. Periodical reflecting gratings etched into the lateral sides of the p-Ge sample are used as a reflective element. Single line emission at a given frequency which can be set by the electric and magnetic fields is achieved. In addition, the time dependence of the Bragg-type emission and the nonselective emission is studied.
