摘要
A microsomal fraction from leek epidermal cells synthesized stearoyl-acyl carrier protein (ACP) from stearate in the presence of ACP, ATP and Mg2+. The acyl-ACP synthetase accepted stearate rather than oleate or palmitate as substrates. The reaction products were characterized by gel electrophoresis. The reaction was depending upon time, protein amounts, ATP and ACP concentrations. © 1979.
