摘要
This paper develops further an approach [1] for the coordinated design of power system stabilisers in multimachine power systems. The aim of the approach is to provide through the action of the stabiliser an electrical damping torque proportional to speed perturbations, i.e. delta-P(di)(s) = D(i)-delta-omega-i(s). The stabiliser network is designed to compensate for the torque - reference voltage transfer function delta-P(ei)(s)/delta-v(ri)(s). In this paper it is demonstrated that this transfer function remains more or less invariant over a wide range of operating conditions. As a result it is shown that the design approach [1] yields fixed-parameters PSSs which are robust over a wide range of conditions.
