摘要
On-line dialysis and gas diffusion were combined for the simultaneous determination of more than one component in a single flow-injection analysis system. A fast and reliable fully automated two-component flow-injection procedure is described in which a single sample (e.g., 50-mu-l of industrial effluent water) is injected into a carrier stream and sequentially dialysed for the determination of chloride and gas diffused for the determination of ammonia. The results obtained for the chloride and ammonia in industrial effluent water at a sampling rate of 100 h-1 compared well with those obtained by standard methods.
