摘要：

An edrophonium (Tensilon) test using the Lancaster red-green test to evaluate the effect of intravenously injected edrophonium on the ocular rotations was performed on 26 patients with myasthenia gravis and on 25 control patients. In the patients with myasthenia gravis, the injection of edrophonium produced a definite change in the pattern of the ocular deviations as measured with the red-green test in every case. In none of the control patients did the injection of edrophonium produce a change in the ocular deviation as measured by the redgreen test. The test requires only simple equipment, is easy to perform and interpret, and is well accepted by patients. © 1969.
