摘要
Superconducting BiCaSrCu//2O//x has been obtained by processing RF-sputter deposited films on sintered alumina, and SrTiO//3 single crystal LT AN BR 100 RT AN BR substrates using a single target. The films deposited on SrTiO//3 substrate are highly oriented with the c-axis (length 30. 7 Angstrom) perpendicular to the substrate surface and show zero resistance at 78 K with a DELTA T//c approximately equals 7 K. In addition, an onset resistance drop around 128 K is observed. The transport critical current along the a minus b plane at 4. 2 K is determined to be 3000 A/cm**2. From the Hall data we estimate the carrier density to be 3 multiplied by 10**2**1/cm**3, which is slightly lower than that found for the Y-Ba-Cu-O system.
