摘要：

The present investigation was carried out to obtain promoting' substance for the growth of Lactobacillus species in Chlorella extract. Chlorella extract was treated with Amberlite IR-45 (OH- form) resin. Then, the filtrate was fractionated by a column chromatography on Dowex 50x2. The each fraction was purified by passing through Sephadex G-25 and crystallized from organic solvent. As the result, two nucleoside (A) and (B) were isolated. The nucleoside (A) and (B) were identified as guanosine and adenosine by means of chemical and physical methods. © 1979, Japan Society for Bioscience, Biotechnology, and Agrochemistry.
