摘要
In man, lowering the body temperature enhances, while rewarming antagonizes, the neuromuscular blocking actions of d-tubocurarine and pancuronium. It is, therefore, recommended that usual doses of d-tubocurarine or pancuronium be reduced during hypothermia, and that muscle temperature of the patient be kept normal to insure adequate recovery from the muscle relaxant.
