Optical detection of endor in a zero-field transition of phosphorescent quinoxaline

摘要
ENDOR spectra, observed by optical detection, are presented for the 3.641 GHz zero-field transition of phosphorescent quinoxaline. An interpretation is given which yields the nuclear quadrupole energies of N-14 in the excited state.
