摘要：

Sex-linked ichthyosis, a rather common genodermatosis, has recently been linked with deficiency of the enzyme steroid sulfatase. Data supporting this association and suggesting that alterations in lipid metabolism may cause abnormal keratinization are herein reviewed. © 1979, American Academy of Dermatology, Inc..
