摘要
Uniformly-distributed ultrafine superconductive particles with the composition of Bi2CaSr2Cu2Ox have been prepared by the metalorganic chemical vapor deposition (MOCVD) method. A new type of electrostatic precipitator was developed for continuous collection of ultrafine particles. The particles produced were spherical and the crystalline phases of the particles were found to be greatly dependent on the decomposition temperature and the reaction time. The particles with the 80 K superconducting phase were only formed at around 800-degrees-C and a reaction time longer than about 14 s, and the average diameter of the particles was 0.05-0.06 mum.
