摘要
A physical theory developed originally to describe water movement and volume change in soils applies also to many important industrial suspensions. The of constant rate filtration of bentonite. The method is based on measured hydraulic conductivity-liquid content, and liquid potential-liquid content relations, both of which are well define. Illustrative experiments and calculations for a saturated bentonite slurry are presented. The calculations are greatly simplified by use of the flux-co. © 1978.
