摘要
Apoptosis is central to many basic and clinically oriented investigations, and this article is a brief overview of the most frequently utilized methods for detection of apoptotic cells, including the study of morphology, analysis of DNA degradation, DNA end labeling techniques, flow cytometric analysis, and nuclease assays. Features and advantages ofthe different methods are discussed.
