SMALL-ANGLE NEUTRON-SCATTERING AND KNIGHT-SHIFT IN MAGNETIC SUPERCONDUCTORS

In magnetic superconductors (RE)Rh4B4, (RE)Mo6S8 and RE)Ba2Cu3O7 above the magnetic transition temperature the magnetic fluctuations with wave vectors Q-1 are supressed by Cooper pairing due to the exchange interaction of localized magnetic moments RE with conducting electrons. So the small-angle neutron scattering may give information on the type of Cooper pairing and superconducting correlation length ξ.
