摘要
The crystalline Co0.8Fe2.2O4 spinel ferrite films with preferred crystallite orientation of the (111) plane are prepared by rf sputtering on glass substrate without buffer layer and annealed at temperatures from 400 to 600-degrees-C in air. The magnetic and the magneto-optical properties of the Co0.8Fe2.2O4 films with (111) texture are studied. Saturation magnetization, coercivity, and magneto-optical Faraday rotation are strongly dependent on the annealing temperature.
