摘要
The evaluative dimensions used to rate neighborhoods, within the context of residential mobility, are investigated. It is showm that different sets of dimensions are used for similar neighborhoods. There is also evidence that the relative importance of the neighborhood attributes, in terms of determining neighborhood preferences, are not invariant across different neighborhoods. Both these findings suggest that the evaluative process may be largely context specific. -Author
