EVIDENCE FOR A 2 STEP MECHANISM IN A PICK UP REACTION ON 12C

摘要
A strong energy dependence is observed for excitation of 5 2- and 7 2- states in the 12C(d,3He)11B reaction between 28 and 50 MeV. A calculation of the two-step process via inelastic excitation of 12C explains the magnitude and energy variation of the cross sections. © 1968.
