摘要
This paper is a review of the various methods that have been proposed to extract an assessment of the detrusor contraction strength or contractility from pressure/flow studies of voiding. Most of the methods are fundamentally similar, differing mainly in their degree of sophistication and ease of interpretation. Guidelines for choosing among them are suggested. Fundamental equations are given in the appendix.
