摘要
The temperature and magnetic field dependence of the electrical conductivity of alpha-(BEDT-TTF)2I3 under high pressure was investigated between 20 K and 2 K. The results were analyzed using the Boltzmann equation method. It is shown that the mobility of carriers increases with decreasing temperature, and rises to a high value (about 90 000 cm2 V-1 s-1) at 3.0 K. On the contrary, the carrier density decreases with decreasing temperature.
